Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of Tamara and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
Entry Period: The competition begins on 7th May and ends at 11:59pm on 31st May. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
Entry Method: To enter, participants must (1) follow the business Instagram page, (2) like the competition post on Instagram and (3) complete the registration form. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Double Entry: Entrants can double their chances of winning by tagging a friend in the comments of the competition post on Instagram and sharing the competition post on their Instagram story. This will count as two entries.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using an online random generator from all eligible entries received.
Prize: The prize is a skin blemish / tag removal (or similar) prize bundle valued at £150, determined by Tamara. The winner will be announced shortly after the competition ends on social media and will be contacted via email. The winner must claim their prize and book the appointment within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in the selection of another winner at random.
Prize Transfer: The prize is non-transferable. The winner cannot gift the prize or transfer it to another person.
Cheating: If cheating or fraud is suspected, Tamara reserves the right to disqualify the winner at any time.
Substitution: Tamara reserves the right, at her discretion, to substitute the prize with something else of equal or lesser value if the winner is not suitable for the winning treatment or for any other reason.
GP Letter: Some mole and skin tag treatments may require a letter from a GP.
Discretion: Tamara can pull this competition at any time and her decision is final.
Data Protection: By entering this competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about this competition, those that enter the competition will be added to the business’ mailing list which they can unsubscribe to at any time. Personal data will be used in accordance with Tamara's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
